Physical Therapist to ADHD Coach
Discover how 25+ years of physical therapy experience led me to become an ICF certified ADHD coach, bridging brain science with practical strategies
The Personal Journey
My path to coaching began with a personal discovery, when I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult. This revelation transformed my self-perspective, as well as my approach to helping others. I was inspired to find creative solutions to address the obstacles faced by neurodivergent individuals.

Professional Evolution
My physical therapy career presented exciting opportunities to care for people with traumatic and acquired brain injuries, neurodevelopmental disorders, and learning challenges.
This work established my understanding of the neurologic basis of cognitive processing and learning, which directly affects how we interact with the world around us.
These principles naturally evolved into a passion for coaching, where I could apply this knowledge in a new format.

My Approach & Philosophy
I coach with a positive, holistic view grounded in the intent to understand and embrace clients' diverse needs and strengths.
Mind-Body Connection
I have a unique perspective on how physical activity, cognitive function, sensory processing, and emotions are interconnected. A tired body is a ready mind. The ability to tune in and respond to our body's signals enhances self regulation and access to executive function skills.
Collaboration & Communication
I strive to create an environment of trust and open communication. Coaching is a partnership in which the client is the expert on their journey. My goal is to empower individuals to succeed by delivering targeted knowledge, resources, and unwavering support.
Practical, Sustainable Strategies
Focus on action, embrace learning, and practice self reflection to make incremental positive changes
Strengths-Based Approach
I coach with a neurodiversity affirming approach, to help celebrate strengths, build autonomy, and navigate challenges with confidence.
Beyond the Professional
When I'm not coaching, you'll find me enjoying the chaos of family life in Bergen County. As a mother of triplet teenagers, I understand the importance of balance. I enjoy fitness, yoga, reading, family vacations, and spending time with my Bernese Mountain Dogs.
